We would be very happy to welcome you to the Villa Vica, completely renovated into a guest house and 4 guest rooms. Villa Vica is officially classified 5 stars (maximum) by the tourist office, a guarantee of comfort and top-of-the-range services
Discover our magnificent estate with two rental options:
(1) the Petit Vica option: 12 beds in 4 magnificent independent guest rooms (Azur, Emeraude, Lin and Perle) for a stay offering a perfect balance between conviviality and comfort. The comfortable 4 guest rooms with personalized decoration are all independent and have a private exterior (terrace and/or garden).

(2) the Grand Vica option: with 24 beds for unforgettable holidays with (large) family or between (many) friends. In this option, you'll benefit from the 4 guest rooms of the Petit Vica, AND from the villa of more than 200m² on 2 levels. Grand Vica will be perfect for large family reunions or with many friends.
In a magnificent 5,000 m² quiet domain on the edge of the forest, the 12x6 m heated swimming pool (depending on weather conditions) offers a perfect place to relax after having fully enjoyed this magnificent Landes region. Water sports on the lake, the ocean or the Eyre river (fishing, surfing, canoeing, paddle...), golf, cycling on the Vélodyssée, or even
aeronautical activities at the Biscarosse air-base
will leave you with unforgettable memories.

Petit Vica
Each guest room includes individual access from the outside, air conditioning, connected TV, wifi and a kettle with hot drinks. Each guest room has its private terrace with summer furniture.
You can also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, two Nespresso machines) with lounge area and TV.
We provide a secure parking space on the property.
Minimum booking 7 nights and from Saturday to Saturday in July & August.
Grand Vica
In addition to Petit Vica, we also offer you a guest house of 210m² on 2 levels (7 rooms) with 12 beds.
The house includes on the ground floor: a large entrance hall, a double bedroom with shower room, an office area, a laundry room, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen semi-open to the large living & dining room with a double-sided fireplace.
Upstairs, a hallway with a separate toilet, 2 bedrooms each with a shower and 4 beds (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed), as well as a large master bedroom with terrace, dressing and bathroom with a bath and double showers.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Minimum booking 7 nights and from Saturday to Saturday in July & August.
Surroundings
We are only 2 minutes' walk from the forest paths.
By car, access to the water sport and the beaches of Lake Parentis (10 min), the beaches of Biscarosse or Mimizan (20 min) or Arcachon & the Dune du Pilat (30 min) is very easy.
